Enquiries from prospective employees increased and it helped the firm acquire new employers searching for staff.
AllStaff contacted Northstar Marketing to discuss their business objectives. The existing website showcased the latest recruitment opportunities and enabled employers to contact the company in order to find new staff. However, the website was used predominately by existing clients and AllStaff wanted to find new business opportunities through people searching on Google.
At the start of the campaign, the AllStaff website was typically listed on pages 3-9 for their ideal search terms. It was identified that the website would have to be listed higher on Google to compete and increase search engine traffic.
We began by completing keyword research to review which search terms were most popular for the company. We re-wrote page titles and descriptions, produced and implemented a broken link report, added ALT tags to images, reviewed the heading tags within the website and customised the blog for better optimisation. We also provided a competitor benchmark report which yielded a better understanding of each competitor’s online marketing strategy.
Google analytics was already installed, which helped us to monitored the campaign along with search engine ranking reports.
