While online estate agents do much the same job as a tradition estate agent, the cost is far cheaper because there are less overheads for the company.
Online estate agents will take videos and pictures, create floor plans and even negotiate the best possible price for the seller. The only aspect which they won’t take on is the showing of the property to prospective buyers.

The traditional estate agency model is still operating successfully and some people do prefer it, however it will mean a greater focus on digital marketing.
